About Huntsville Septic Pros

What We Do

Huntsville Septic Pros is a coordinated network of AOWB-licensed septic technicians serving Huntsville, Madison County and the North Alabama corridor (Limestone, Morgan, Marshall and Jackson counties). Whether you need a routine pump-out, a system inspection, a drain-cleaning service, or priority routing on an urgent call, we handle the intake and coordination end-to-end.

The people doing the work carry active licenses from the Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board (AOWB) — the state body that licenses septic installers, service technicians and pumpers. Every job is permitted under ADPH Chapter 420-3-1 — the current Alabama Department of Public Health rule governing onsite sewage treatment and disposal — through the relevant county health department (Madison, Limestone, Morgan, Marshall or Jackson).

How It Works

1. You call or submit the form — tell us what you need and where you're located.
2. The AI receptionist captures the details — job type, address, and any urgency (backup, overflow, alarm).
3. An AOWB-licensed technician confirms availability — quotes the job on the phone or at the property, and schedules the work. Urgent calls (active backup, sewage overflow, alarm sounding) get top of the queue.

Straightforward pricing before any work begins. If we can't help — or if it's outside our service area — we'll tell you rather than string you along.

A Note on Availability

We do not operate a formal 24/7 emergency dispatch line. Priority calls get routed ahead of routine work, and we work hard to get a technician on-site fast for confirmed emergencies — but we would rather set an honest expectation than promise around-the-clock coverage we cannot guarantee.

Service Area

We cover Huntsville and the surrounding North Alabama communities — Madison, Meridianville, Harvest, Brownsboro, Owens Cross Roads, Hampton Cove, and the broader Madison County area — plus Athens (Limestone), Decatur (Morgan) and the outer counties. Call to confirm coverage for your address.
